General Terms and Conditions – Lunéa Version: September 2025 1. Definitions In these terms and conditions: Seller: Lunéa, the owner of the webshop, established in Hardenberg, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 97815179. Customer: any natural person placing an order with Lunéa through the webshop. Products: all beauty and related products offered by Lunéa. Agreement: the purchase agreement concluded when the Customer places an order and Lunéa confirms it. 2. Applicability These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Lunéa and to every agreement concluded between Lunéa and the Customer. Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Lunéa. 3. The Offer Products and prices in the webshop are presented as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or typographical mistakes do not bind Lunéa. 4. Formation of the Agreement The Agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer places an order via the webshop and Lunéa confirms it by email. Lunéa reserves the right to refuse an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information. 5. Prices and Payment All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered in the webshop. 6. Delivery Lunéa aims to ship orders within 5 working days after payment. Delivery times are indicative and exceeding them does not entitle the Customer to compensation. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer. 7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after receiving the Product, without giving any reason. Returns are only accepted if the Products are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as opened cosmetics) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. 8. Warranty Lunéa guarantees the quality of the delivered Products in accordance with statutory warranty rights. If a Product is defective, Lunéa will either replace it or refund the purchase price. 9. Liability Lunéa is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper or careless use of the Products. Lunéa is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other personal health issues resulting from the use of the Products. Use of the Products is entirely at the Customer’s own risk. It is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully check the list of ingredients and consult a doctor in case of known allergies or sensitivities. In all cases, Lunéa’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Product. 10. Force Majeure Lunéa is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to technical failures, delays with carriers, illness, or other force majeure situations). 11. Privacy Lunéa processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available through the webshop. 12. Intellectual Property All rights to the Lunéa brand name, images, texts, and designs on the webshop remain the property of Lunéa and may not be used or reproduced without permission. 13. Governing Law These terms and conditions and all agreements between Lunéa and the Customer are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Lunéa is established.
