Lunéa Return Policy

At Lunéa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as opened cosmetics or skincare items) will not be accepted.

• All returns must be registered in advance via info@luneabeauty.nl.

Return Costs

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• If the returned product does not meet the stated conditions, Lunéa reserves the right to refuse the return or only partially refund the purchase amount.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days to the same payment method used for the order.
